We operate our own print shop and embroidery in Gossau for all types of textiles. This gives us the possibility to carry out your desired finishing flexibly and quickly. With our facilities, we are one of the largest textile printers in Switzerland.

Printing partners

Transfer printing

Transfer printing is suitable for all textiles, whether in the sports sector or for workwear. Single or multi-coloured motifs, printed, woven or sewn logos, for 40° to maximum 60°C washing, for single items or large quantities - everything is possible. Transfer printing thus offers a wide range of possible combinations of finishing products for textiles. Its advantages are considerable.

Screen printing, the textile printing bestseller

Screen printing transfer is perfect for professional applications with high washing frequencies. The motif is printed mirror-inverted on a silicone transfer paper and then applied to the textiles using heat and pressure. The resulting textile finish is wash-resistant, flexible and colourfast.

Cut-Transfer

The cut transfer is suitable for simpler logos and small quantities. The single-colour motif is cut into a polyurethane film along the contours with the help of a plotter. Excess material is removed so that the required logo elements can be printed on. This variant of textile printing is very cost-effective. Colour gradients are not possible here.

Color Cut Transfer

With Color Cut Transfer, the motif is printed and cut on a special foil similar to a colour print on a paper and then transferred to the textile by means of a high-pressure transfer press. The color brilliance is excellent, but fades minimally after the first few washes. The print is full colour in photo quality. Color gradients are possible here.

Direct embroidery

The direct embroidery is, as the name suggests, directly attached. It is extremely robust, washable and almost indestructible. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for textiles that are exposed to high loads and washing frequencies. Depending on the size of the embroidery, an increased strength of the fabric must be expected at the beginning. However, this will disappear after the first few washes. With direct embroidery, designs with up to 16 colours are possible.

Embroidery badges

With the embroidery badge, the motif is embroidered on fabric, sewn and then ironed onto the desired textile using a thermal press. Motifs with up to 8 colours are possible. The embroidery badge is extremely robust and indestructible. Textiles are given a noble and high-quality touch.

Weaving Badges

Similar to the embroidery badge, the motif is woven into fabric, cut with a laser and then ironed onto the desired textile. In contrast to the embroidery badge, much more filigree motifs are possible with the weaving badge. The number of colours is also limited to 8.

How the textiles remain a joy - washing recommendation:

  • Printed textiles should be washed at a maximum of 60°C, but for optimum durability it is better never to wash them at more than 40°C.

  • Always wash printed textiles on the wrong side and iron them that way, if at all.

  • Avoid the tumble dryer and fabric softener. These attack the transfers unnecessarily and promote a premature decay of the applications.

  • It is best to use mild detergent.

  • You can wash directly embroidered textiles as usual. There is no danger of putting the textiles under excessive strain.
